In February, we'll launch a new pilot program, Lunch and Listen, in two senior housing developments in Plymouth. The program includes lunch, followed by a performance by a Phil ensemble. It gives seniors the opportunity to connect with their neighbors, meet the visiting musicians and share a beautiful musical experience together. The purpose is quite simple: to bring joy and fellowship to members of our community...through the power and universality of music. The program is made possible through the generosity of Diane and Gary Glick and is a collaboration among the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra, The Center for Active Living (formerly the COA), Old Colony Elder Services, and the Plymouth, Kingston and Duxbury Housing Authority.
