Their fusion of R&B and soul combined with exquisite classical music arranged for vocals, cello, harp and piano made for an amazing evening of music! The Phil's annual gathering of the Composers Society included a cocktail reception, dinner and performance by a trio of Phil musicians at the lovely Crane Brook in Carver. The evening highlighted friendships, both new and old, that frame the support of the Plymouth Philharmonic.

Before the Flavors of Spain and Italy concert, Conductor and Music Director Steven Karidoyanes presented a fun, factual talk about the music that would be performed. Joining Steven was guest classical guitarist, Eliot Fisk, who would also be performing with the orchestra that evening.

Following the Flavors of Spain and Italy concert, concertgoers joined Phil musicians and special guests, Steven Karidoyanes and Eliot Fisk for dessert, wine and coffee.

The pre-concert cocktail party for opening night was held at the Pilgrim Hall Museum and included special guest volunteers from the local student exchange program and very excited concertgoers! Prior to the concert, Conductor Steven Karidoyanes shared All About the Music, a talk detailing interesting information about the music on the evening's program.

On November 12, 2016, a dream team of nine of the very best appraisers in the country gathered at the Plymouth Exchange to evaluate and appraise objects of interest--appraisers included Stephen Fletcher of Antiques Roadshow fame and executive vice president of Skinner Inc. Our event was extra special with the celebration of Steven Karidoyanes' birthday!

Plymouth's Main Street is filled with ghosts, princesses, and pirates who trick-or-treaters along Main Street for their treats! The Phil had plenty of candy on hand for this fun afternoon!

Summer Nights with Phil is a collaboration between the Phil and the Emilson/YMCA in Hanover, MA. This free outdoor summer music series is held every Weds. evening for 4 weeks at the Plein Aire Pavillion at Laura's Center for the Arts. The 2014 series featured the Phil's Brass Quintet, Percussion and a Dixie Land mixed group.

Our annual golf tournament at Southers Marsh in Plymouth brings the community together for a wonderful day of golf, fun and fellowship. Proceeds benefit the Phil and all are welcome to join us!
