Welcome to the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra! Whether you are new to symphonic music or a seasoned concert-goer, the Phil promises musical adventures for all. Our musicians strive to make every performance unforgettable and eagerly await the opening of our doors, for you to play a principal part in creating the magic of music.

If you are unwell or uncomfortable attending a concert, contact our business office at least 48 hours before the performance. You may:
- Exchange your tickets for another concert during the season
- Donate your tickets back to the Phil as a tax-deductible donation

The Box Office at the concert venue opens one hour before the performance.
Parking is available on Court Street, Memorial Drive, Water Street and in the parking lot behind Memorial Hall.
Do not park at St. Peter church, across the street from Memorial Hall on Court Street.
A complimentary shuttle bus from Hotel 1620 to Memorial Hall is available to all concertgoers. The shuttle loops 90 minutes before concert start time and returns to the lot following the concert. This service is only available for Memorial Hall concerts.

Beverages and light snacks are available prior to each concert and during intermission.
Ticketholders arriving after the concert has begun or those wishing to re-enter the hall after leaving during the performance will be seated during appropriate pauses in the music, out of courtesy to the audience and musicians.
You will see a variety of styles at Phil concerts – dresses, suits, jackets and ties, khakis, jeans, and sweaters. Dressing for a special night is whatever makes you happy and comfortable. We do not have a dress code.
When entering the concert hall, you can show your ticket to an usher and they will help guide you to your seat. To look for your seat ahead of time, you can view our Seating Chart web page.
Please note, not all performances are suitable for young audiences. We encourage parents to consider suitability. Children are welcome, but we do not recommend bringing children under the age of six to classical performances. Families are encouraged to enjoy our Concert for All Ages, Holiday Pops, and summertime concerts. Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket, sit in a seat independently and be able to sit quietly throughout the entire performance.

The Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra does not support the unauthorized reselling of tickets at a price above printed face value. The state of Massachusetts bars the resale of tickets above face value. If you have purchased tickets from an unauthorized ticket dealer and arrive at the theatre unknowingly with a fraudulent ticket, or you arrive at your seat to find someone has been sold the exact same seat, the Phil cannot honor, refund or exchange those tickets. Authorized tickets can be purchased through our website plymouthphil.org or by phone 508-746-8008.
