The Board of Directors named Paul Jean Chair in February, 2017. Paul has served on the Phil board since 2010. The Plymouth resident is Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Bridgewater State University.
Michael Keys, Vice-Chair, Governance Chair
Board Chair from 2009 to 2011, Michael's background in sales, marketing and new business development in the high-tech sector has assisted the Phil in its board development and long-range planning.
Andy spent almost fifty years in the information technology industry as an electrical engineer. He was the Director of Worldwide Development and Manufacturing at IBM working on main frame design.
Maine Pointe, LLC
A member of the board since 2010, Deb is a principal at Maine Pointe, LLC., a global implementation-focused consulting firm based in Boston.
Rob is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Rockland Trust Company and its parent bank holding company, Independent Bank Corp. He joined the Phil board in 2018.
With a background in business administration, Karen brings a wealth of experience to the Phil. She is an active member of the South Shore community, donating hours of work to different charities.
Elizabeth Pineault, Immediate Past Chair, Treasurer
Elizabeth is President of Pineault CPA, a full service firm offering tax and compliance services to individuals, corporations, and non profits. Elizabeth served as the Phil's board chair from 2011 to 2017.

A chartered retirement planning counselor at With Integrity Wealth Management, Jim joined the board in 2016. He has worked in the financial planning industry since 2000.
Mary Toropov, Clerk
LKA Fundraising & Communications
Mary is a Senior Strategist at LKA Fundraising & Communications. Her professional fundraising and development experience is an asset to the Phil board.
A second generation board member and supporter of the orchestra, Geoffrey has been instrumental in helping to guide the Phil on many issues, including governance and strategic planning. He is the former administrator of Newfield House Nursing Home.

Paul serves as the Board's Orchestra Representative, ex officio. He is the orchestra's principal percussionist, having joined the Phil full time in 1999.
