Steven Karidoyanes conducts the Phil in a special concert featuring vibrant music penned by American composers. Acclaimed violinist, Irina Muresanu, whose performances have been cited as among the Best of Classical Music Performances by the Boston Globe, joins the Phil in Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, a piece celebrating the beauty of nature. Other concert highlights include Whirl, by Cristina Spinei, music inspired by Vivaldi, depicting the chaos of severe weather; George Gershwin’s bluesy, delicate Lullaby; and William Grant Still’s Dances of Panama, orchestral dances steeped in distinct Caribbean flair with infectious rhythms, gorgeous melodies, and an undeniable zest for life.

This special concert sponsored by the Town of Plymouth Promotions Fund in partnership with America's Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration.
